Legal Fees

The Law Offices of Michael S. Discioarro, LLC is a private law firm that represents people accused of abuse by ACS. We do not accept 18B appointments and do not work with legal aid. All legal fees must be paid before representation begins.

Note that free legal assistance is often overwhelmed with requests, and your case may not receive the attention you deserve. You can download this PDF and look at Appendix A on page 45. ACS Attorney advises that delays may affect your case, a private law firm is typically more responsive to your needs than a public defender.
